Seed magnetization technology is an advanced seed processing technology developed in recent years. The operating procedure is to erect the magnetizer cartridge, insert the three legs into the three sockets, and adjust the feet so that the magnetization cartridge is perpendicular to the ground.

When magnetizing, the seed is poured from the top of the diverter, so that the seed is uniformly entered into the magnetization cylinder and the gap is even to be magnetized.

Adjustment Methods and Precautions If the magnetization gap in the magnetized cylinder deviates due to vibration, uniform adjustment can be made with wooden sticks to prevent the seeds from being caught. Note that iron metal rods cannot be used.

Magnetic cylinders should avoid strong impact and should not be close to heat sources and strong magnetic fields to prevent demagnetization.

When in use, prevent ferromagnetic materials from entering the magnetized cartridge to prevent clogging and affect magnetic field strength and direction.
