Drum drying oven troubleshooting and maintenance method 1. Explosive flammable volatile items should not be placed in the blast drying oven to avoid explosion.

2. The average load of the sample shelf should not exceed 15kg.

3. Items cannot be placed on the shelf between the sample chamber and the heating chamber to avoid affecting heat exchange.

4. Be sure to check the nickel wire for overlap and short circuit before use.

5. The heating indicator does not light, there are generally three reasons: 1 the bulb is broken; 2 the bulb is in poor contact; 3 the heating system is faulty.

6. Turn on the heating switch and do not heat it. There are generally four reasons: 1 nickel-chromium wire breaking; 2 switch and line desoldering; 3 temperature control knob refers to zero position (rotation temperature control knob to the specified temperature scale); 4 relay damage.

7. Temperature control failure, the general reasons are three: 1 temperature probe damage (replacement of thermistor); 2 relay damage; 3 other components of the temperature control system failure (using a universal meter to detect the fault, repair according to circumstances).

8. Before using the blast drying oven , you must pay attention to whether the power supply voltage used is consistent. When using, the power outlet ground wire must be grounded as specified.

9. When using the power supply, avoid touching the electrical parts of the space on the left side of the box with a hand or wipe it with a damp cloth and water. The power should be cut off during maintenance.

10. The power cord should not be wrapped around metal objects. It should not be placed in a place with high temperature or humidity to prevent the rubber from aging and causing leakage. 11. Do not over-extrude the contents of the box, and leave room for natural convection of the air so that the humid air can The top of the wind accelerates out.

12. The silver contact of the temperature regulator should be checked regularly for hairiness or unevenness. If it is, the contact can be sanded with fine gauze and then used. It should be cleaned regularly with a cleaning cloth to make it in good contact (note that it must be cut off) power supply). Do not hit the metal pipe of the indoor temperature regulator to avoid affecting the sensitivity.

13. Do not put flammable materials in the blast drying oven without explosion-proof device.

14. After each use, the power supply must be cut off, and the inside and outside of the box should be kept clean. After cleaning, hang the corresponding standard.
