Short-term fresh storage. (3) Mushrooms are cut off with a 1 cm mushroom stalk, cleaned and immersed in 16-18% saline, fresh for 15 days, eaten, and soaked in fresh water for 20 minutes.
Chemical storage (1) Soak fresh mushrooms with 0.001-0.1% B9 aqueous solution for 10 minutes, remove and drain, and keep at a temperature of 5°C-27°C for 8 days. (2) Soak it in 0.01% sodium metabisulfite solution for 3-5 minutes, then soak in 0.1% sodium metabisulfite solution for 25-30 minutes, remove and drain it, place it in plastic bag and seal it. Set 10°C-15. Store at °C.
