The Occurrence and Causes of Death Mushrooms

Mushrooms in the Ru Ru phase, due to poor management or by the external environment, the mushroom bed often occur some mushroom buds atrophy, yellowing, and finally died, in serious cases the bed of small mushrooms died in batches. The main causes of death are:
(1) Insufficient nutrient of culture materials, high fruiting part, forming dense fruit body in the soil surface, careless operation of mushrooms, damage of surrounding mushrooms, affecting the normal growth and development of mushroom and leading to dead mushroom.
(2) Due to the sudden increase in temperature, the mushroom house is exposed to high temperatures (21-25°C) for several consecutive days. The water evaporation from the mushroom bed and the metabolism of the mushroom body are accelerated. The supply of water and nutrients is not sufficient, causing the mushroom to wither due to lack of nutrition and water. death.
(3) The long-term ventilation of the mushroom house is poor and the carbon dioxide concentration is too high. Oxygen deficiency leads to the death of some young mushrooms. In particular, dead mushrooms are particularly severe at high temperatures.
(4) Mushrooms are extremely sensitive to moisture. The cover soil was not filled with water in a timely manner, or the mushrooming water and the quality of the water were excessively sprayed, or the water leaked the culture material, so that the water in the upper layer of the material layer caused the death of the mycelia, resulting in the mushroom nutrient supply being insufficient and withering.
(5) The suitable pH value for the growth of mushroom mycelium is 6-8. During the period of fruiting, the acidity and alkalinity of the cover soil and the application of water is below 5, and mushroom death will occur.
(6) Excessive application of pesticides produces phytotoxicity, and a large number of dead mushrooms can also occur. If the mushroom turns red and brown after application, no pathogenic bacteria can be found, which is mostly caused by phytotoxicity.
Prevention:
(1) During the water transfer stage of the overburden layer, in order to prevent the mycelia from growing out of the soil surface, the part of the mushroom should be pressed down so as to avoid excessive density of the mushroom.
(2) In the late period of the spring mushroom, the mushroom house is cooled to prevent high-temperature attack.
(3) Strengthen ventilation and ventilation is an effective measure to reduce relative humidity, prevent the accumulation of carbon dioxide, and avoid the breeding of germs.
(4) The water management should be based on the time, weather, mushroom quality and flexibility. With the principle of "sunny spray, less rainy spray, more spraying of mushrooms, less spray of mushrooms," and "watering of mushrooms, quality of water should be stable, heavy water should be transferred, and water must be kept constant" as the principle of scientific management of water . Avoid spraying closed water.
(5) The use of pesticides to control pests should be strictly controlled using the concentration, to avoid overdose, resulting in phytotoxicity.

Removable Oxygen Cylinder Filling System

Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main plant to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of compressed air source. The plant produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±3% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure and fill in cylinder with an oxygen booster and compress the oxygen purity to 150bar.

With a customized container, all the parts can be involved in, and removable with a vehicle.
