It is recommended that the feed rate should not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the equipment. When the aromatic oil is extracted, the secondary steam passes through the condensation. After cooling, the oil enters the oil-water separator. Light oil is discharged in the upper part of the separator, heavy oil is discharged in the lower part, and the water is discharged or recirculated through the overflow (see the nozzle orientation and the installation diagram for the specific process), and the vacuum is discharged after the boiling, so that the liquid discharge time can be shortened. More importantly, the effective residual liquid in the slag can be exhausted to avoid waste. When the dregs arching (commonly known as "bridge") has difficulty in discharging the slag, the lifting cylinder is driven to make the lifting rod reciprocate up and down to assist the arching of the slag, and the dregs are basically exhausted.
Manual control program (refer to the manual diagram of cylinder manual control)
The gas source for cylinder operation is controlled by 10 needle valves. The needle valve type is J18W-4C. The opening and closing valve should be operated slowly to avoid excessive impact and damage to the components. The procedure for valve control is as follows:
When the lift lever is down: Open B2A3 to close A2B3
When the lift lever is up: open A2B1 to close B2A3
When closing: Open B1 to close A1
When the upper hook is locked: open B1A5 to close A1B5
When unhooking the door: open A1B5 to close B1A5
When opening the door: Open A1 to close B1
The control procedures of the above cylinders are completely applicable to the 1.0m3~6.0m3 extraction tank. Since the 0.5m3 extraction tank has no lifting rod, the A2—B2 and A3—B3 systems are less, and the other methods are the same.
When the equipment is in working condition, the valve of the air circuit of the upper hook locking system is also in working state, so as to avoid the accident of decompression and decoupling.
When using a pneumatic control box to control:
1. The control box of this equipment is powered by 220V, 50HZ power supply.
2. For safety reasons, the ground of the control box must be grounded.
3. Open the key switch on the control box and operate according to the indicators on the label.
