Live pig production using sugar additives

Sugars include brown sugar, white sugar, cane sugar, saccharin, and glucose. Sugar can not only prevent livestock and poultry from certain diseases, but also can be used as a health and nutrition additive for pigs.

As sweet flavoring pigs love sweet foods. When piglets start training for feeding at the age of 7 days, 2% white sugar or 0.01% saccharin is added to the feed. The piglets can feed immediately and smoothly pass through the feed, and the added sugar can increase nutrition in the feed. Thailand and the U.S. added 2% and 1.5% of high-quality sugar to the sucking pigs respectively as suckling pigs. If a suitable amount of sugar is added to a tablet or powder of western medicine, the pig can be induced to self-feed.

As a nutritional additive test, 0.05g of saccharin was added to the compound feed per kilogram of pig to feed the pig. When saccharin was dissolved in water and then mixed into the feed, the feed intake of the pig could be greatly increased, and the daily gain could be increased. 7%. For every hundred kilograms of pigs weight gain, feed consumption and costs dropped by 4.8% and 3.5% respectively. Addition of 1.5% sucrose to the batch of grow-finish pigs resulted in an average daily gain of 8.72% for the whole finishing period, a 6.3% increase in the feed conversion ratio, and a 0.32% reduction in feed/meat ratio; this was added to the lactating sow diet. 60PPM saccharin can effectively prevent anorexia and excessive desiccation during lactation and increase the rate of lactation by 8% to 10%.

Improving the survival rate of piglets By infusing 5% glucose or concentrated sugar water into newly born piglets, it can prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia caused by congenital malnutrition of piglets and increase the survival rate of piglets; sugar can produce acid in the gastrointestinal tract of piglets. Increasing the concentration of gastrointestinal acid facilitates digestion of piglets and promotes healthy growth of piglets.

For a sorrow sow aphrodisiac with 250 grams of brown sugar in the pot, boiled coke and then add the right amount of water and boil for 10 minutes, fed with spices, generally 1 can be effective. If it does not work, it will be fed once again after 3 days. Add 250 grams of brown sugar to the boiled water, add 2 to 3 goose egg whites, and mix well until the temperature allows the sow to drink. Generally, it will take effect one or two times.

It can be used to lubricate brown sugar, sweetness and warmness, can promote blood circulation and silt, warm and cold, supplement nutrition, and improve the body's metabolism. Take 200 grams of brown sugar, 200 milliliters of white wine, and 6 eggs. Break the 6 eggs and pour them into a bowl. Add brown sugar and mix well. Pour in the white wine. Add the concentrate and mix well. Feed the sows once, once or twice. .
