Greenhouse Cucumbers

Proper management of cucumber vines in the greenhouse is essential for maximizing yield and quality. By evenly distributing the leaves, you can ensure optimal light exposure, maintain an ideal leaf area index, and improve photosynthetic efficiency. This not only enhances plant growth but also extends the fruiting period. However, it's crucial to follow the correct techniques to avoid damaging the plants and to achieve high-quality, high-yield results. Here are the key steps to consider: 1. When the growth point of the plant is close to the roof, and the lower part of the vine is more than 30 cm above the ground, it's time to let the vines fall. Choose a sunny afternoon for this task, as it reduces the risk of damage. Avoid doing this in the morning when the plant has high water content, especially after watering, as this can weaken the stem and hinder normal growth. 2. It’s best to avoid watering for at least seven days before falling the vines. This helps reduce the moisture in the vine tissue, making it more flexible and less prone to disease. 3. Before falling the vines, remove any diseased or old leaves and take them outside the greenhouse to burn them. This prevents the spread of diseases. Also, make sure that fruits and leaves near the ground are not left exposed after the vines have been lowered. 4. Gently wrap the slings around the vines and allow the stems to naturally fall to the ground. Never pull the stems forcefully. The stems should be coiled in the same direction on both sides of the ridge. When winding, follow the natural direction of the vines—never bend them backward, as this could cause cracking or breaking. As the vines start to spread, they should be fine with short intervals, small circles, thick vines, and long intervals between each set. 5. Keep the leaves and stems approximately 13 cm away from the ridge. Each plant should maintain at least 20 functional leaves to support healthy growth and fruit development. By following these guidelines, you can ensure that your greenhouse cucumbers thrive, remain healthy, and produce consistently throughout the growing season.

Low-Pressure Casting Parts

This classification mainly includes the aluminum low-pressure casting Machinery Parts using in many area.

From the part, we can easily find that the parts have a lot of features of big cavities, so the part will have big potential risk of mold release problem, if so, the part may happen to be deform, sticking to the mold etc, especially when the part sticking to the mold, if no clear in time, while next shot, the mold may be destroyed while clamping.
