Ear hearing: damage to high-speed bearings, often accompanied by a scream of sand.

Table test: The vibration of the machine was tested with a dial indicator, and irregular vibrations were found, and the vibration was large. Damage to high-speed bearings is a relatively rare phenomenon. Replacing high-speed bearings requires very clean and careful care. Never allow debris to be carried into the bearings and grease, otherwise the bearings will burn immediately. High-speed bearings use Class C precision, allowing for D-class accuracy, but not lower than Class D accuracy.
If all of the above items have been disposed and the vibration has not been eliminated, it is suspected that the balance accuracy of the drum itself has been destroyed and the drum is required to be rebalanced. This work should generally be returned to the manufacturing facility for collaborative processing (because it requires sophisticated equipment and professional technicians). The cause of the damage to the drum is mainly caused by disassembly and assembly, cleaning and collision, and improper use.
