High-speed bearings use Class C precision, allowing for D-class accuracy, but not lower than Class D accuracy.
If all of the above items have been disposed and the vibration has not been eliminated, it is suspected that the balance accuracy of the drum itself has been destroyed and the drum is required to be rebalanced.
