Short-stemmed wood clinker cultivation is a new technology for Ganoderma lucidum cultivation which has developed rapidly in recent years. The average dry weight per cu m of wood is over 20 kilograms, and the high yield can reach 30 kilograms or more, which is 20% more than conventional cultivation method. The texture of Ganoderma lucidum is strong and glossy, and the acid content is higher than that of bag cultivation. More than 90% of the products meet the export requirements.

1. During the cultivation season, Ganoderma lucidum is a medium-high temperature type fungus, and its yield is related to the species, cultivation time, and cultivation techniques of the segment wood. The time of inoculation can be arranged from late October to December, or from early February to early March. Budding can receive 2-3 batches of fruit bodies. Inoculated before the mid-December period, in the second year of March, the trees can be planted in the second year. The output of the year accounts for more than 70% of the total output. In the first month of February, the quarantine was buried in April and the total output was 55%.

2. Raw materials 1 Broad-leaved tree species are suitable for cultivating Ganoderma lucidum, but hard-leaved hardwood trees have high yields and good quality. 3. Production process Raw material preparation (log felling, cutting section) → Bagging → Zhakou → Sterilization → Inoculation → Hyphae culture → Laying on the soil → Out of the Chiba management → Ganoderma lucidum harvesting.

(1) Bagging The logs are cut into 30-cm long sections of wood, bagged, sectioned with wooden bottoms, and the wood chips are placed on the surface to sew the mouth. The sterilization is carried out at 100°C for 12-14 hours under atmospheric pressure.

(2) Inoculation The bagged section wood after sterilization is moved into the inoculation room (or inoculation box) for cooling, strictly inoculated according to aseptic operations, and the general amount of the wood used for each cubic meter of wood is 90-130 bottles, and the inoculation amount can be accelerated. Mycelium colonization reduces pollution rates.

(3) Mycelial culture culture room is disinfected before putting into the section wood bags. The inoculated section wood bags are piled up in the shape of “well”. The indoor temperature is shaded at 20°C-25°C, and the cultivation room is after 1 week. Ventilation is performed once a day at noon, and ventilation is gradually increased with the extension of germination time. After about 60-70 days or more, the mycelium matured, and the soil was cultured in the ground.

Maintaining relative humidity at 85%-90%, when the ventilation, temperature, humidity, and light conditions are all suitable, the cap is differentiated. Therefore, the focus of the management of Shiba is the adjustment of the three elements of moisture, ventilation, and temperature.

(6) Harvest When the yellow-white growth circle disappears on the edge of the cap, the color of the cap increases, the cap gradually thickens, and a large number of red-brown spores can be released, and the water spray is stopped before harvesting.
