Li Gao processing technology

Ligulin is a curative food that treats yin deficiency, cough, throat, thirst, spontaneous sweating, and night sweats. It is made by tanning the pear juice to evaporate the water and adding the leachate of Chinese herbal medicine such as Ophiopogon japonicus and Fritillaria to the end of concentration. 1. Process Flow Raw materials → Washing → Dicing → Softening → Juice extraction → Filtration → Concentration → Adding sugar → Adding Chinese herbal juices → Sealing sterilization → Cooling. 2. Process points (1) Raw material treatment Wash the pears, remove the inedible parts such as disease, insects, wounds, and rotten, cut them into 0.3-0.4 cm pear slices and cut them into thin strips. (2) Juicer Place the chopped pears in a stainless steel or aluminum pan, add water and boil for 20 minutes to soften them, press with a squeezer, filter with gauze, filter residue with hot water for 1 or 2 times, and then squeeze Juice filtration, combined concentration. (3) Concentrate and concentrate in a stainless steel pan. If you directly use the fire to strictly control the heat and the end of the temperature, often stir to promote the evaporation of water to prevent sugar coking. When the concentration is close to the end point, the Chinese medicinal material leachate in the formula is added, and the mixture is stirred evenly, and the micro-fire continues to concentrate to the end point, and the hot-filling cans are sealed. (4) Formulas The formulas of Chinese herbal medicines include 160 kg of fragrant pears, 1.6 kg of Ophiopogon japonicus, 1.2 kg of coltsfoot flowers, 1.6 kg of lily, 1.6 kg of fritillaria, and 32 kg of sugar. 3. The quality indicators were reddish-red paste-like; aromatics with Chinese herbal medicines; soluble solids 68 to 79%.
