Half a month before harvesting, the canopy and jujube fruit are sprayed with 0.2% calcium chloride solution and 1000 times of thiophanate-methyl or sodium percarbonate can also be sprayed to prevent fungal infection. 4. Storage conditions. Appropriate storage temperature is about 0 degrees Celsius, relative humidity is 60%, and proper ventilation. Second, the storage method 1. Spontaneous atmosphere storage. A 0.007-mm thick polyethylene film was used to make a 70-cm 50-cm plastic bag, each containing 15 kg of fresh dates. When installing jujube, pay attention to light and light, do not touch jujube. Sealed immediately after installation. After jujube is bagged, it is stored in a cool pergola and placed on a shelf 60 to 70 cm above the ground. Every 4 to 5 bags, there are ventilation sidewalks. At the beginning of storage, pay attention to heat dissipation, and the lower the temperature in the shed, the better so as to avoid high temperature fermentation of jujube. After the winter temperature drops to 0 degrees Celsius, the jujube will not freeze and prevent rodent damage and corruption during storage. 2. Small package storage jujube. A 0.007-mm thick polyethylene film was used to make a 60-cm 50-cm plastic bag. Each bag contained 5 kilograms of fresh dates, and a suction hole was provided on the bag. After being sealed, the air in the bag was withdrawn and stored at a temperature of 27 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 70% to 90% for 9 months. The fruit was plump, and the meat quality, color and flavor were normal. 3. Cold storage. Select 50% colored fresh dates, soak in 2% calcium chloride solution for 30 minutes, and put them in plastic bags with capacity of 0.5 to 1 kg (2 to 3 holes of 3 to 4 mm in diameter on the bag side) Move to cold storage at a temperature of 0 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 60%. 4. fresh dates frozen preservation and storage. Put fresh dates into plastic bags, each bag containing 1 to 2 kg, sealed after bagging. When the quantity is large, add a wooden box or woven bag, but the large package amount should not exceed 20 kg. Fresh frozen chilled jujube shall be frozen in storage (negatively 15 degrees Celsius) in time with the collection, on-demand selection, and packaging, and kept frozen at 0 degrees Celsius after freezing. When you leave the store, you need to restore the frozen jujube fruit. The frozen jujube will be soaked in cold water for about 30 minutes. The frozen jujube can be restored to its original shape and maintain the unique flavor of the fresh jujube.
