  • The first thing that comes to mind is whether the electronic scale is dead. If there is no power, please charge or replace the battery as soon as possible (for electronic scales that use dry and battery)
  • If you are using electronic scales ADAPTER, ADAPTER connected to the output terminal of the electronic scale to see removed, then the battery installed, if can boot, i.e. ADPTOR damaged, then replace ADAPTOR.
  • Check if the fuse is in poor contact.
  • The electronic components are faulty considering whether the power is turned on or the keys are damaged. If a fault occurs, it is recommended to send it to the repair department for repair or purchase the manufacturer for repair.

The fourth type of fault, the electronic scale can not be backlit?
  • Check whether the backlight function of the internal program of the electronic scale is set (refer to the product manual when setting).
  • If the backlight function is set, then the weighing pan needs to be placed on the scale (the amount of light is 9 times to be brighter)
  • Check if the electronic components are faulty. If there is a fault, it is recommended to find a repair department or repair the manufacturer.
  • If the above reasons are not, it is also recommended to send it for repair.
The fifth type of fault, the electronic scale can not be scaled to full load?
  • Consider whether the electronic scale protection screw is removed.
  • Whether the electronic scale infiltrates foreign matter to cause interference or impact or falls.
  • Is the internal program setting of the electronic scale correct? Please refer to the operation manual for setting.
  • If the reason is the second reason or not, it is recommended to send it for repair.
