I have struggled with insomnia for 30 years

The first taste is almost 30 years ago, after I resumed the college entrance examination - I was admitted to college and began to transform my world outlook in the countryside for many years. I was accustomed to physical labor. There is no sweating environment. The vocal noises in the dormitory do not make me nervous. Every night, I am happy to listen to people's jokes, and I'm distressed to sleep. I finally fall asleep and I wake up in the middle of the night. The daytime is often sluggish during the day, especially in the afternoon, yawning and the hair begins to fall.

When I read the books and publications in the school library, I know that almost all adults experience insomnia. Insomnia caused by other diseases is a sleep disorder syndrome, but it must not be burdened with heavy thoughts. Otherwise, the symptoms will increase. To find a school doctor, the doctor said that there may be no physical labor, and the physique cannot adapt to environmental problems. I have been active since childhood and like football and long-distance running when I was in middle school. So, I began to pay attention to physical exercise, get up every morning to do exercises, running, age relationship, playing football seems inappropriate, and then play badminton between classes. After a period of exercise, attending the school sports meeting, actually got a place in the 3000-meter long-distance running. My strength in exercise was even greater, and my sleep improved.

Graduation, work, family life... The rules of life that have formed in schools have been disrupted once again. In addition to the increase in age, the problem of insomnia has become more prominent. Especially after having children, night care and changing diapers made me feel that it was not easy for parents. I was often in a state of semi-insomnia because of the quality of sleep.

At this time, I have entered the "last 30 years." My heart is very clear that the fight against insomnia in the future will be long-term.

I think that physical exercise is an important task in overcoming insomnia. Although sleep is not good, it is not lazy in the morning. The rising sun goes to the woods to run and do exercises. After a period of time, sleep has improved. Second, occasionally use a little medication. I remember eating the chlorpromazine sleeping pill once. I had a good night's sleep. I couldn't get up the bed the next day. I insisted on going to work. I was listless and tired all day long... Since then, I have not dared to use such medicine. I also took a few tablets and I felt bad the next day. I basically didn't use sleeping pills.

Later, the nature of work has changed, staying up late or early morning is frequent, and the law of life is once again chaotic. In particular, when writing long stories and series of reports, there are often times when you can't stop and inspiration comes to an end. Then you have to sacrifice sleep. Anyway, I couldn't sleep well and I let it go. I didn't go out to exercise anymore, I didn't eat sleeping pills, let it go. However, every afternoon, the state of burnout can hardly be disguised, and people appear to be aging and embarrassed. In 1998, I discovered that my 40-year-old had high blood lipids, abnormal electrocardiograms, and advanced ageing. The body itself sounded the alarm to me: It must not be this way!
