Imported food additives must be packaged, Chinese labels, instructions, labels are directly marked on the small sales unit packaging, and the words "food additives" are clearly marked, with the generic name, ingredients, country of origin, scope of use, dosage, composite additives The common name of each single variety, the name and content of the auxiliary materials should be arranged in order of content from large to small.

In the future, foreign food additives for new varieties will not enter the domestic market. The specification requires that for the first time to import new varieties of food additives, the importing enterprise shall provide the certification documents approved by the Ministry of Health and the standard texts of the product quality standards and inspection methods approved by the Ministry of Health. Import food additives for the first time, provide Chinese label samples and instructions for imported food additives, and should be qualified by the inspection and quarantine institutions before inspection.
