From November 2007 to March 2008, the biogas fermentation and microbial compound developed by the Microbiology Center of the Ministry of Agriculture's Biogas Research Institute has undergone a five-month on-site demonstration test and has been proved to have the effect of significantly increasing the gas production of rural biogas digesters.
The demonstration experiment selected 1000 rural household biogas digesters in Danling County of Sichuan Province. The test spanned the fall and winter seasons, and the outdoor temperature range was 15°C～-3°C～13°C. The test data shows that after the test digester was put into the product, the gas production increased by 26.8% to 116% on average compared to before the product was released. The farmer households at each test site reported that: “In the past, households used to burn methane in the winter and generally only had one meal to burn a little water. However, after putting your products on, this winter home can not only make two or three meals a day, but it can even be used every day. Biogas fire!"
On-site demonstration tests have shown that the biogas fermentation compound microbial inoculum contains both high-activity biogas fermentation functional microbial flora and various organic and inorganic growth stimulators required for biogas fermentation microbial metabolism. When a rural household biogas digester is used to ensure a certain amount of raw materials, the methanogen within the biogas digester can be proliferated and its activity can be greatly improved after the product is put into use. Finally, the biogas digester production capacity is significantly increased. effect. At the same time, biogas tanks with microbial agents can make better use of rural organic waste such as livestock manure and straw, increase the daily gas consumption of farmers, and, to a certain extent, solve the rural household biogas digesters. The problem of difficult gas production in winter. Bringing many conveniences to farmers while allowing farmers to receive more benefits, they responded well to the call for "energy saving and emission reduction" proposed by Premier Wen Jiabao's government work report this year.
