The test principle is measured by a bevel ball. The plaster initial adhesion test device is mainly composed of a slanting plate, a base, a stainless steel ball and a ball receiving box. The test process is as follows:
1. First, the plaster (sticker) backing is fixed on the test plate with double-sided tape. If necessary, use tape to fix the edges of the upper and lower sides of the sample so that the sample fits flat on the plate. A clean polyester film was placed flat on the viscous side of the sample, and a 2000 g weight roller was used to roll 3 on the prepared sample to ensure that no bubbles were present at the bond. After the test article is pasted, it should be placed for 20~40 minutes before testing.
2. The free end of the polyester film is folded in half (180°), and the free end of the film and the test plate are respectively clamped up and down on the testing machine. Be sure to keep the peeling surface in line with the test machine line, set the test speed to 300mm/min±10mm/min, start the test, and calculate the peel strength. The general unit is KN/m or N/mm.
