(2) Remove the four shields on the vibrator.
(3) Rotate one of the outer sides of the zui in each balance block on the vibrator shaft to change the exciting force generated by the vibrator.
(4) Place the four balance weights at the same percentage of the large excitation force of the Zui, and lock the eccentric block.

The factory's electrical system is equipped with a separate overload protection device that interlocks the two vibrators to prevent serious damage to the equipment when one vibrator fails.
(1) The mating surface of the wiring thread and the motor junction box must be coated with a sealant to prevent water ingress during operation.
(2) The inlet of the bottom of the switch must be sealed to prevent the vibrating screen from being used for a long time after leaving the factory, and the water vapor enters the rusting machine.
(3) Ensure that the wiring of the vibration motor wiring is tight, so as to avoid fatigue cracking caused by the cable slamming.
1.3 screen box angle adjustment device

(4) Adjust the other side so that the angles on both sides are the same.

(1) When loosening the tension bolts that fasten the screen, do not remove the nuts completely. Rotate the tension bolt 90° so that the flat side exits from the long hole of the screen hook plate, then take out the screen hook plate and take out the screen.
(2) When tensioning the screen, place the left hook plate in the vertical position, tension the right screen hook plate, and tighten the left tension bolt. The screen and the screen frame should vibrate synchronously, and there should be no separation.

The tension of the screen should be as large as possible, so that the distance between the springs is 0.5-1.0mm; Too large a tension of the screen will cause the spring to yield, so the tension should be reduced.
Only use KluberISOflex grease, choose NB52 or NBl52 grease according to the use environment, and add about 10g of grease to each bearing grease nozzle. Excessive grease will enter the motor windings and affect the heat dissipation of the coil.
1.2 Replace the vibrator
The internal structure must be known when replacing the vibration motor. The eccentric block structure of the S250 translational elliptical vibrating screen vibration motor is different from that of the ordinary vibration motor, and the eccentric blocks on both sides are not at the same angle. Therefore, before replacing the old motor, the cover of the two motors should be opened, and the installation position of the eccentric block should be carefully studied according to the manual.
