Black spot disease is a newly occurring disease of cucumber in protected areas in recent years. It is commonly known as leafy leaf disease and leaf burning disease. Both young and adult plants can develop disease, and they mainly infect cucumber leaves.
First, the symptoms
In the middle and lower parts of the general disease, it gradually developed upwards. In the initial stage, the back of the lobe was immersed in round or irregular lesions, with a yellowish-white middle and brownish edges. The surface was rough at the later stage, slightly raised, and had faded green halos. The lesions were mostly between the veins and rarely in the veins. On the other hand, when multiple serious lesions were connected together, the mesophyll tissue was dead and it was like a fire roasted and did not fall off. When the humidity is high, dark brown mold layer can be seen. Severely affected fields often have strains. All leaves except the heart and unfolded young leaves of each diseased leaf are pathological. The onset of this disease is in the period of squashing. If the disease is not controlled in time, it will result in an outbreak.
Second, control methods
1. Agricultural control. Seed disinfection before sowing, soaking with 50 °C ~ 60 °C water constant temperature for 15 minutes, or soaking with 50% carbendazim 500 times for 20 minutes after the water rinse and germination. Apply mature organic fertilizer and increase phosphorus and potash fertilizers to enhance plant disease resistance. High ridge Plastic Film covering cultivation. Control the amount of water to prevent flooding. 2 to 3 years rotation with non-melon crops.
2. Chemical control. The key to the control of melasma is to be carried out before or at the beginning of the disease. Protected areas can be controlled with dust and aerosols at the beginning of the disease. Sprinkle 5% chlorothalonil dust agent in the evening, 1 kg per mu; or ignite 45% chlorothalonil smoke agent in the evening, use 250-300 grams per mu; or every mu of land With 15% anti-virus smoke agent 300 to 400 grams, sprayed every 7 to 9 days, depending on the condition of continuous use with dust alternately. It can also use 75% chlorothalonil or 40% Kedandan wettable powder 500 to 600 times liquid or 50% acetaminophen powder 1500 times in the initial stage of disease, 7 to 9 days to spray 1, alternating use, continuous 3 to 4 times. When the disease is rapidly expanding, it can be sprayed once with 10% to 15,000 times of 20% Shibaolingling Suspension, and then with other drugs for continuous control.
