At first, the analysis may be that the oil entering the water jacket during the cleaning and assembly process causes the upper water tank to have a little oil. However, after the oil is cleaned and cleaned for a certain period of time, there is still oil in the upper tank, so it is suspected that the cylinder pad is defective. After the dismantling, no problems were found and no reason was analyzed. After re-assembly of the test vehicle, there was still oil in the upper tank, and it had to be dismantled again to find out where the problem lies. After careful inspection, it was found that the mat at the outlet of the front end of the cylinder head was made slightly larger, without pressing down the process hole. This process hole is connected with the vertical oil passage of the cylinder head. It may be that the screw plug of the craft hole is not tightened enough, and the cushion does not press this part, so that a small amount of engine oil under pressure when the engine is working penetrates into the radiator and generates oil.
