Green shrimp large-scale nursery technology

Green shrimp is an important species in freshwater shrimp in China and has a high economic value. At present, the available resources of large-surface freshwater shrimps such as lakes and reservoirs are far from meeting market needs. With the continuous increase of fishing efforts, the amount of green shrimp resources in these water bodies is decreasing. It is imperative to use various types of water bodies such as ponds to intensively cultivate green prawns in various ways. One of the key factors restricting intensive culture of shrimp is the lack of large-scale supply of young shrimp. Therefore, the establishment of a certain scale of green prawns seedlings for shrimps is the basis for large-scale culture of prawns.
1 Hatching
1.1 The source of hatchery broodstock and the selection of spawning shrimp are best harvested from nearby local lakes using shrimp cages and cages. When daily warm water is transported to the hatchery. It is best not to use egg-feeding shrimp in fish wholesale markets. Because these shrimps are generally kept for several days for catching, iced inflated, and transported to the market at night, such shrimps are difficult to feed, and the development of the embryos has been adversely affected, the hatching rate is low, and the quality of offspring is low.
The broodstock should be transported at normal temperature and inflated, and should not be cooled by ice. Cooling with ice may have adverse effects on embryonic development.
From the candidate shrimp, hatched egg-filled shrimps with full egg-filled, gray-yellow or dark-brown or embroidered eyes, lively and robust appendages were selected as hatchery broodstock.
Different shrimps have inconsistent holding times, and the hatching speed is related to the incubation temperature. In order to have the same seedling emergence time and the same out of specification, it is necessary to select the broodstock with the same embryo development. Long time of broodstock in the hatchery cage will increase the broodstock mortality rate. Therefore, the oviposition shrimp with the eye point of the embryo body should be selected (that is, the egg grain is grayish yellow or dark brown or visible embryonic body eye point) as hatching pro shrimp.
1.2 Seedling nursery pond There are two kinds of earthen pond and cement pond. The earthen pond area is generally 0.5-2 acres, the pool depth is 1.8-2.0 meters, the cement pool area is 40-100 square meters, and the pool depth is 1.2 meters. Before the nursery, clear the pond thoroughly with bleaching powder. Fill the shrimp into the box 5 to 7 days before entering the box. Fill the water (120 mesh sieve), the depth of the pool water is 0.6-0.8m, and appropriate amount of chicken excrement is used to cultivate plankton.
1.3 Incubation method The holding hatch cage is an open cage. The mesh is 11cm, the specification is 61.50.8m, 2 cages per acre earthen pond, 2 cages per cement pool, each cage holds egg About 10kg. In addition, each box was filled with peanuts to cover 60% to 70% of the cage area, and was used for inhabiting eggs. Feed the carp juvenile fish twice a day in the morning and evening. The total amount of feeding shall be 5% of the weight of the egg-bearing shrimp on a daily basis. Check the hatching status every day, clean the cage timely, and clear the hatched broodstock.
Hatching rate is mainly related to the length of hatching time of egg-holding shrimps in cages and the constitution of egg-holding shrimps. If you are injured or infected, it is very difficult for the egg-bearing shrimp to survive until it is hatched. This requires that the action of sorting, clearing, and washing should be quick, and try to avoid injury to the egg-bearing shrimp. The holding time of shrimps in cages should not exceed 10 days, generally 3 to 7 days.
2 Seedlings hatched larvae were incubated directly in the original hatchery. The soybean milk was fed in a timely manner, one time each in the afternoon and 0.5 kg each time. Later, as the shrimp grow more and more, gradually increase the amount of feeding. With the growth of shrimp seedlings, the water quality turns thick (about 25cm in transparency), earthen pond water is gradually added to 1.5m deep, the cement pool is gradually added to 1.0m deep, and chicken manure and flush water are added in time to maintain a certain degree of fatness and water quality. Increase the feeding of fresh fish paste in the middle and late stages of cultivation. Until the shrimp grows to about 1cm in length, it counts down.
3 seedling technology key
3.1 Pond Scaled Seedling Technology The key green penguin fertilized eggs hatch for the mother, and the oxygen supply and other incubation conditions are relatively good, so the natural hatching rate is generally higher. The hatching rate of nursery is mainly related to the survival rate of young larvae and juveniles. Therefore, the key to the success or failure of earthen pond nursery work lies in improving the survival rate of shrimp seedlings. The main factors affecting the survival rate of larvae and juveniles are nutrition and predators. The natural food for larvae and juveniles is plankton. In production, the natural baits are mainly solved by grasping the appropriate timing of fertilization and the application of suitable fertilizers. In addition should be properly added artificial bait. In the pond, large enemy organisms such as fish and cockroaches can be controlled by clear ponds. However, in addition to large enemy predators, some small organisms, such as some larger zooplankton, can also cause harm to the larvae, or compete with the shrimp. This depends on controlling the timing of fertilization and minimizing the amount of large zooplankton to control. Therefore, controlling the water quality and grasping the timing and quantity of fertilization are the key to the success or failure of pond nursery.
Before the hatching, the pond should be cleared thoroughly. The egg should be injected 5 to 7 days before entering the tank. The new water must be filtered through a 120-mesh sieve. Two to three days before the egg-bearing shrimp enters the box, 40kg/mu chicken manure is applied. The suitable density for holding eggs is about 20kg/mu. On the third day of the first batch of hatching shrimps, the soybean milk was fed in a timely manner. When the transparency reaches 25cm, add 10cm of fresh water, and add chicken manure at a suitable time to maintain the transparency of 25 ~ 35cm. Patrol the pool every day to eliminate fish eggs, frog eggs, and promptly remove invading frogs. About 1 month or so, it can be bred into 1.3-2.5cm juvenile shrimp 1.2-3 million / acre.
3.2 Scaled Seedling Technology for Cement Ponds Key water quality control of cement pools is easier than that of ponds. After sprinkling soy milk, the water quality quickly becomes fattened, and organic fertilizers are generally not required. If the transparency is too low, it should be flushed in time, and the transparency is always maintained at about 25 to 30cm. Natural ponds in cement ponds are not as rich as ponds. In addition to cultivating natural foods, it is extremely important to increase the amount of incoming food during nursery management. In the egg holding shrimp into the pool should promptly splashed yellow soybean milk to fertilize water quality. This is crucial to ensure that the hatched larvae have a richer natural diet. After juvenile metamorphosis develops into juvenile shrimp, fresh fish paste should be added in time to increase the proportion of juvenile shrimp animal feed and improve the juvenile shrimp constitution and survival rate.
Due to the small cement pool area and the high density of larvae and juveniles, artificial oxygenation is very important. Must be inflated and aerated throughout the day. Even so, to the larvae stage, due to the increase of individuals, the space becomes more and more crowded. At this time, pooling or pooling should be done in time.
The appropriate density of the egg-holding shrimp is 0.5 kg/m2, and the hatched larvae are directly cultivated into about 1 cm juvenile shrimp in the original cement pool. It must be continuously inflated 24 hours a day. The concrete pool with an area of about 60 square meters can maintain 300 L/minute aeration. When the egg-holding shrimp enters the pool, it starts splashing yellow soybean milk. Pay attention to regulating water quality and maintain the transparency of 25-30cm. After the juvenile metamorphosis develops into juvenile shrimp, fresh fish paste is added in time. Without separation, generally about 20 days out of the pool, can be bred into 0.7 ~ 1.6cm juvenile about 4 to 120,000 / square meter.

Why foodstuff distributor choose Goji berries?

1) Anti-Aging Superfood - Goji berries are considered the world's most powerful anti-aging food. They're rated #1 on the ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) scale, which measures the antioxidant level of foods. Antioxidants fight free radical damage associated with diseases and premature aging. Dried goji berries contain 3x the antioxidants of pomegranates!

2) Protect Eyesight - Goji berries contain two key nutrients that support vision: lutein and zeaxanthin. Studies show that consuming high amounts of lutein and zeaxanthin lowers the risk for developing age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, and other eye diseases.

3) Promote Skin Health - The vitamins in dried goji berries can give your skin a healthy, youthful glow. The rich content of vitamin A, vitamin C and zinc naturally occurring in goji berries helps to improve skin tone and texture. Research suggests that vitamin C and zinc act as antioxidants to lessen the harmful effects of UV radiation on the skin.

4) Boosts Immune System - Goji berries contain even more vitamin C per 100g than oranges. They are also high in the trace element selenium, which fights bacterial and viral infections. Adding a small handful of dried goji berries to hot teas or soups isn`t a bad idea when the cold and flu season hits.

5) Good Source of Amino Acids - Goji berries contain 18 amino acids, including all eight essential amino acids. Our bodies use this combination of amino acids to build the proteins it needs. Since we cannot synthesize essential amino acids from scratch, we must obtain them through our diet.

6) Liver & Kidney Benefits - A compound found in goji berries called betaine, is used by the liver to produce choline. Choline supports the liver and kidneys by helping them expel toxins and waste from the body.
