Hawthorn Fertilization Technology

Hawthorn is a unique fruit tree native to China, known for its long lifespan, early fruiting, ease of cultivation, and strong adaptability. Its fruits are not only easy to store and transport but also rich in nutrients, including carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and other essential minerals. It particularly stands out for its high levels of iron, calcium, vitamin C, carotene, and riboflavin. Beyond its nutritional value, hawthorn has significant medicinal properties, such as improving digestion, reducing phlegm, fighting inflammation, relieving coughs, and promoting detoxification and blood clotting. Hawthorn thrives in a cool and humid environment, though it can grow in both plains and mountainous regions. It prefers slightly acidic or neutral loamy soils, while alkaline or clay-heavy soils can hinder its growth and reduce fruit quality. The root system of hawthorn develops in three distinct phases during the year: the first peak occurs in early spring when the soil temperature rises above 6°C, followed by another surge in July, and a final, smaller phase in late autumn. This root development pattern affects nutrient uptake and overall tree health. The tree stores a significant amount of nutrients from one season to the next, which directly influences flowering, fruit setting, and growth. Proper management is crucial to avoid yield instability. Hawthorn has strong branching ability and prolonged flower bud differentiation, typically occurring from August to April of the following year. It requires higher amounts of nitrogen and potassium, with lower phosphorus needs. Roots of hawthorn can produce adventitious buds and root suckers, which consume organic nutrients and may affect fruit production. Different hawthorn varieties vary in their environmental adaptability and nutrient absorption capacity, so tailored management practices are important. Fertilization plays a key role in hawthorn cultivation. While it is relatively resistant to poor soil conditions, balanced fertilization significantly improves growth and fruit quality. A general NPK ratio of 1.5:1:2 is recommended, adjusted based on soil fertility, tree age, variety, and climate. For adult trees, nitrogen application ranges from 0.25 to 2 kg, phosphorus from 0.3 to 1.0 kg, and potassium from 0.25 to 2.0 kg per tree. Fertilization is typically divided into four stages: basal fertilizer in late autumn, top-dressing during flowering, early fruit enlargement, and late fruit enlargement. Basal fertilizer should be applied with organic matter and a portion of chemical fertilizer, ensuring it's mixed well with soil to avoid root burn. Top-dressing during flowering focuses on nitrogen, while the fruit enlargement phase emphasizes potassium to boost fruit size and quality. Hawthorn generally requires minimal micronutrients, often relying on organic fertilizers. If organic inputs are limited, trace elements like boron, zinc, manganese, and iron may be applied. These can be used as basal fertilizer or foliar spray, with concentrations adjusted depending on leaf maturity. Overall, proper fertilization and management ensure healthy growth, high yields, and superior fruit quality.

Urinal

A Urinal is a bottle for urination. It is most frequently used in health care for patients who find it impossible or difficult to get out of bed during sleep. Urinals allow the patient who has cognition and movement of their arms to toilet independently.Urinals can also be used for measuring the amount of urine produced by a patient on input & output (I & O), even if not used by the patient for toileting.

In this category, you will find a large selection of Urinal for male and female. Different color and shapes are for your choice. The materials include PP, PE and paper. Paper Urinal is a kind of economic friendly product which is made of recyoled wood pulp. PP and PE are plastic. They are more durable and ligher. Measuring cup and plastic pot also will be found here.

Except Urinal, you will find other excrement container like Bed Pan, Sliper bed pan at Yingmed. Lab Urine Container is special for experimental anaysis.
