Ten Commandments for Drinking

There have been some people in the community who regard drinking as a scourge and think that the remains of alcohol are the same as those of rushes. Admittedly, bad drinking habits, including alcoholism, are certainly harmful. However, at social and family gatherings, drinking the right amount of wine during meals will enhance the enjoyment of life and help maintain health. Here are the Ten Guidelines for Responsible Drinking:

1. Drink only moderately healthy adults.
2. Drinking should only be part of the event in social situations, family gatherings, celebrations or other occasions, and should not be the center of the event.

4. It is the responsibility of society and family to educate all people, including young people, about the rational drinking habits, because prevention of alcoholism is better than cure.

9. Drinkers should be clear about the difference between moderate drinking and alcoholism, and should not be respected in any circumstances that may cause personal and other dangers.
10. The wine should be tasted slowly and carefully to increase the taste of food and the taste of life.
