Organic oolong tea base is located in Anxi County, with an altitude of 1300 meters above sea level. The total annual rainfall is 1800--2000 mm. The average temperature is 15-18°C. The total area is 10,000 mu. There is no pollution source around. A great place to develop organic oolong tea. The base can develop 5,000 acres of organic tea gardens, has planted more than 1400 acres of tea gardens, and has been certified by the European Union for three consecutive years. The construction of organic tea base began in 1996. Dr. Du Xiangge, Plant Protection College of China Agricultural University, served as the technical consultant of China Green Food Corporation, and jointly developed Organic Oolong Tea with Xiamen Yunxiang Industry Co., Ltd., which was converted in 1998. In November of the same year, the ECOCERT certification body was established. Field survey, Ziyunshan tea garden base passed the certification. In 1999, the organic oolong tea conversion product was obtained; subsequently, the Organic Agricultural Technology Research Center of the Plant Protection College of China Agricultural University and Yunxiang Tea Industry Co., Ltd. signed a technical cooperation agreement to comprehensively research and develop the production and processing technology of organic oolong tea, which was acquired in 2000. Organic product certification; in 2002, the base passed the JAS Law of Japan. Organic tea is an environment-friendly product that prohibits the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides in the production process. The College of Plant Protection of China Agricultural University has formulated oolong tea fertilization and pest control measures in accordance with the actual conditions in the country, and a master resident base has been established. On the one hand, the survey and research work obtained first-hand information on organic oolong tea. On the other hand, it greatly increased the awareness of local farmers in science and technology and environmental protection. After the organic oolong tea was successfully grown, the company has already produced 5 kinds of organic oolong tea products of 16 kinds of specifications. Since it was put on the market on June 5th, 2000, the International Environmental Protection Day has received praise from consumers and the sales volume has gradually increased. During the year, organic oolong tea sales accounted for more than 50% of total sales, sales revenue accounted for more than 70%, organic oolong tea presents a good market prospects. In 2002, the center of the tea plantation base has been used to swell 50 acres of plant land. Now it has built a tea processing plant of more than 2,000 square meters (in-house decoration). It can produce more than 100 tons of high-grade tea each year, with an annual output value of more than 10 million yuan within five years. Can be developed to more than 400 tons, annual output value of more than 4,000 million. On December 11, 2002, the project was identified by the Department of Science and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture, and the overall level reached the international advanced level; the research results have been included in the promotion results of the Fujian Planning Development Committee.
