Wild leeks can grow on hillsides and grasslands at an altitude of two kilometers, especially in cold weather conditions, with wide temperature adaptation and low temperature resistance. Wild leeks are long-day plants that change from vegetative growth to reproductive growth. Even in the low-temperature vernalization process, no long-day conditions can be achieved. It can be seen from the root system and leaf morphological characteristics of wild leeks that the leaves are characterized by early resistance and the roots require more water. Wild leeks have strong adaptability to soil, and can be cultivated regardless of sand, sandy loam, loam and clay loam. However, loam with deep plough layer, rich in organic matter, strong water retention and good gas permeability is the most suitable. The soil is too sticky, poor drainage, easy to die in case of rain; SARS is easy to remove fertilizer, and growth is generally thin.
1. Soil preparation and fertilization
The roots of wild leeks are shallowly distributed, and the ministers on the ground are prosperous. It is advisable to choose soils that are fertile, loose, and retaining water. Before planting, ditch enough soil or fertilized manure, 1500~2000 kg per 667 square meters.
2. Reproduction
Wild leeks are bred with seeds or ramets. It is mainly based on ramets. When the plants have more than 3 subsets, they can be bred and propagated, generally in the spring. In other seasons, the ramets should pay attention to shading and moisturizing. They can be covered with a sunshade net and sprayed in time. The row spacing of the plants planted by the ramets was (20~30) cm × 30 cm.
3. Field management
After sowing, keep the ground moist and soft, the water content in the field is about 90%. When the moisture is insufficient, it should be watered in time. Generally, water is poured once every 7~10 days. If the mulch is covered with mulch, the lyrical field can not be watered before emergence. Remove the membrane immediately after emergence. After the three-leaf stage, the water in the field is appropriately reduced, and the water content is controlled at about 80%. After the leek enters the rapid growth period, combined with watering 667 m2, 10 kg of urea is applied and the weeds are removed, and after 5 leaves to September and mid-September. Carry out uniform seedling replanting, combine watering and top dressing 1~2 times, and apply 15 kg of urea per 667 m2 to promote strong seedlings and strong growth. Heavy fertilization before winter irrigation, 5,000 kilograms of high-quality farmyard manure, 15 kilograms of diammonium phosphate, 15 kilograms of urea were scattered on the surface of the ground every 667 meters, and then the winter water was poured. It was better to re-inject it 10 days later.
4. Harvest
Wild leeks mainly harvest young leaves. When most of the leaves of the plants grow to normal size, they should be harvested. Harvesting should be timely to ensure the quality of young leaves. It is usually harvested once every 20~30 days, and harvested from the base of the blade 1~2 cm from the ground. Flower buds can be harvested in summer and roots can be collected in autumn and winter. In order to maintain product quality, decomposed organic fertilizer is applied every season to increase production. Generally 667 meters 2 production 3000 ~ 4000 kg.
5. Softening cultivation
Wild leeks are not only harvested indigo, but also softened and cultivated. It is generally suitable for softening cultivation of wild leeks that grow vigorously in 2 to 3 years and have a large number of tillers. When the plants grow to a vigorous and vigorous development, they are softened after harvesting the indigo. Softening cultivation commonly uses opaque materials such as bamboo tubes and tile cylinders. Bamboo tubes and tile cylinders are not easy to transfer heat. This method is preferred in the hot and rainy seasons in South China. Generally, there is a hole cover on the tile tube, and the hole cover is shielded from light during the day, and the hole cover is opened at night to facilitate ventilation and reduce humidity to prevent decay. After 7 to 10 days in spring, summer and autumn, 1 to 10 in the winter and early spring, and 800 to 1000 kg in 667 m2.
Wild leek is rich in nutrients, rich in protein, vitamins, trace elements and carbohydrates, etc. It can also dissolve blood and detoxify, warm stomach dehumidification, and is suitable for impotence, nocturnal emission, dysmenorrhea, spleen and stomach, constipation, frequent urination and other diseases. Great for the body!
