Toddler's daily needs of protein

As toddlers increase their activity, they need more nutrition. For toddlers, toddlers need about 23 grams of protein each day. 30 grams of protein foods provide approximately 7 grams of protein. The foods listed below provide the equivalent of 30 grams of protein food. The above list is only about the number, because of different cooking methods, choice of materials, there are differences.

1 beef patties (5 cm in diameter and 1.3 cm in thickness)
